Balloons over Mt. Vernon

McKenna and Amelia, SIU students in Women in Aviation (WIA), went to Balloons Over Mt. Vernon on Saturday, October 15, 2016. They taught local children about flight simulators and using sectional maps. Reaching out to younger students at this event is one of WIA's SIU Saluki Aviator's annual events. At least 20 kids had fun flying the simulators and learning about aviation. Congratulations on a successful outreach and service project!
