Non-Tenure Track Promotion Standards (See Article 17 of the NTTFA Contract)
Approved by NTT college vote on 2/15/24

For consideration of promotion, eligible NTT faculty in the College of Health and Human Sciences will be evaluated on the following standards:

  • Sustained excellence as noted in performance evaluations and/or annual reviews.
  • Effective and innovative course delivery through direct and/or indirect teaching methods.
  • Demonstrated student engagement, support and mentorship.
  • Commitment to service to the program, school, college and university, per the contract of the faculty member.
